The SPO AI Program helps teams across Strategy & Portfolio work smarter with AI. We bring together two complementary streams — the Catalyst network and the Incubator — to support adoption at every scale, from everyday productivity to larger strategic initiatives.
The Catalyst Network
AI Catalysts are embedded across SPO chapters. They help their teams adopt AI tools, build skills, and connect to the right resources — making AI a normal part of how SPO works day to day.
