The SPO AI Program is made up of four interconnected groups, each with a distinct role in driving AI adoption and delivery across SPO.


SPO AI Office (Orchestrator)
Role: Owns strategy, coordination, intake, governance, measurement, and communication across the SPO AI ecosystem.
